Product Condition Guide

We use these seven company-wide grades to describe product condition. The exact photos, included items, missing items, and any testing information belong to each individual offer.

1. Factory Sealed

Brand new and unused in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging, with the factory seal intact. Outer packaging may have minor storage or shipping wear; it has not been opened or resealed.

2. New - Open Box

Brand new and unused. The original packaging has been opened or the factory seal is no longer intact, but the product shows no evidence of use, assembly, installation, or wear.

3. New - Cosmetically Flawed

Unused and never installed or put into service, but with visible cosmetic imperfections. Those imperfections do not affect function, performance, or safety.

4. Used - Like New

Fully functional and complete with all original components and accessories. It looks and performs like new, with at most subtle signs of unpacking or handling.

5. Used - Good

Fully functional and in good working condition, with visible signs of prior use and cosmetic wear. Non-essential accessories or components may be missing; check the individual listing.

6. Previously Enjoyed

In working condition and suitable for continued everyday use, with clear signs of use or cosmetic wear. Non-essential accessories or components may be missing; check the photos and listing.

7. Damaged - Parts Only

Best suited for repair, replacement parts, or project use. Significant damage, missing essential components, or functional issues may affect operation; check the photos and individual listing.
